Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrading gear increases its base stats and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the number of random augmentations used.
The elite racial Shield Razortail, for example, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP or add additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more tradable over the original version that is not upgraded.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens let you roll a purchased item like an armor, weapon or ring. This swaps the current item for one similar item with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. They don't preserve the original equipment's condition and any money wasted won't get compensated.
Survivors may acquire reroll tokens through several means, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or bought from the market for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of an item, for example increasing its damage.
Players can roll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attack and spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player additional health.
There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require items that are either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
In contrast to other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the space until the next success result is to be rerolled. This helps to prevent the waste of upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they display a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of money.
In the course of an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to chosen Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers to reroll, and also those that are in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase an item's level by increasing its stats and abilities. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. These stones are also available to players who sign daily contracts.
To upgrade gear to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". This will display a menu that shows the item's current status and what it will be when being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Typically rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.
After deciding on the item to upgrade the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. Once the player has met the requirements, they can click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be raised in level a certain percentage. The process of upgrading can last between a few seconds and minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the item's durability. The system is an excellent option for players who want to get an edge in combat, but don't want to burden their wallets. Furthermore players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item to new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.
For new players, it can be difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to obtain them. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that allows you to boost the effectiveness of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. item upgrades 's done by adding upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume the upgrade materials and give the item an upgrade level, giving the item an additional boost in the area. This process continues until the item reaches its maximum level.
Items that have upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components don't stack against each other, and can only be added to one item at one time. Each upgrade component requires an amount of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left is where players can put in a piece of equipment to be upgraded, while the right slot shows a preview of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when the player has enough materials will begin the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the stats of the base item will increase by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.
Once an item reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option of upgrading. When an item reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a type of equipment that is able to be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to give an additional effect or bonus when the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped with new ones. However, this can destroy the old upgrade.
Requirements
The upgrades to items allow players the ability to increase certain stats on armor and weapons that they currently have. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the kind of item but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
item upgrader can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This gives them more effects or an improved level of the item. These upgrades can be obtained from many sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component has been added to an item, it can't be removed and changed without restriction, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped out without restrictions.
Upgrades can boost the Mark Level or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components come with additional modifiers that could further improve the item's stats.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and also adds an extra 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire", however increases damage from weapons.
Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but they are not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players when they achieve an exact roll. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.
The game will highlight the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that goes into the item. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
If you've fulfilled the requirements for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will be updated to show how close you are to completing it. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
